You own your data and outputs. We own the platform and our codebase.
SLA
Team: 99.9%. Enterprise: 99.99% with credits per the SLA addendum.
Liability
Capped at 12 months of fees. Standard mutual indemnification.
Termination
Either party may terminate for cause; we provide 30 days to export.
Governing law
Delaware, USA. Disputes via JAMS arbitration.
